i have a foreman grill. when i was a child we actually had a sandwich maker. i remember it made little sandwich pockets :). i’ll see how these turn out. :)

Yes, I did! The sandwich maker turns the sandwich into a “hot pocket,” so no flattening problem.

DaddyForever - Did you press the grill down in order to get the grill marks on the whole sandwich? What I did was let the top grill rest on the sandwich then turn the sandwich around after I get the grill marks on the other side.

We also use the Foreman grill for making grilled cheese sandwiches. But the sandwiches come out really flat!
