I usually prefer my fish soup with fresh fish slices :)
Coz I would think that the fried version is made from fresh fish slices leftover from the previous day. But again,if the business is good, think it's ok.

DF:
Soon I'll have comic strips too. Haha.

Steamy Kitchen:
It's real big pieces of fillet coated with flour and deep fried. Deep fried stuff I don't make at home.

That looks so good. Is the fried fish coated before frying? Is it like fish paste or actually a fillet? YUM Can you tell I'm hungry?!?!?

Oh man, it's not enough you write about all the wonderful dishes you cooked, but a slide show too. Those slides are making me hungry...really, really.
