I haven't worked with tilipia fish before. Need to ask the fish guy if that can be steamed :) Give it a go and let me know!</description>

					<description>Where did you buy your fish from ? Has it been de-scaled (automatically) by the fishmonger ? Is this pure fillet or still with bones ? Do you think it will work with frozen fish ? Oops, I asked so many qns because I hardly work with fish here. It's too messy to deal with. Too much work and sweat !
But your recipe is really simple to try, if I can  easily get hold of fish. Wonder if tilapia fillet will work...
